In her extensive experience throughout the Technology sector, Cath has developed a depth of knowledge on all matters relating to HR – from policy to recruitment, performance management and coaching and mentoring. Following her MSc in Strategic Human Resources Management she took the lead as head of HR at Cambridge Broadband Networks. Here she managed all aspects of HR processes, administration and strategy. After 5 years she began her own consultancy, offering HR support to a range of businesses in the tech industry from start-ups to big players. Cath brings her strategic, professional and sensitive working style to all matters relating to HR at Fluidic Analytics.
