Protein labeling Labeling customer-provided protein with fluorophore (Alexa Fluor™ 488 or Alexa Fluor™ 647, clean-up, determination of degree of labeling, QC by Fluidity One-W). Proteins can be sourced directly on customer’s behalf at cost where third-party licence agreements permit. Note that this can be provided as a standalone service.
MAAP assay Determination of serum antibody affinity (to the targets listed on our standard assay menu) and concentration as per user guide (see SARS-CoV-2 Antibody Profiling User Guide for example).
Rapid affinity-based neutralization assay Binary yes/no determination of neutralizing ability of serum antibodies against the targets listed on our standard assay menu (see Affinity-based SARS-CoV-2 Surrogate Virus Neutralization Test for example).
KD of purified protein in buffer In-solution affinity measurement of purified protein binding to another species for proteins listed on our standard menu. For the above assays see our website for the full menu of validated targets we can offer. We are constantly expanding our menu so check back regularly.

What if I need an assay that isn’t on your Standard Menu?
For cases where your application requires a bespoke assay, we can develop one for you. We will work together with you to establish the assay and validate it on samples of your choice.
What will I receive as a deliverable?
All service contracts come with a full report as the main deliverable. The report is in-depth and includes analysis of your data by one of our experts, including insights and possible future directions. You will also receive a copy of all raw data from your samples. Long-term sample storage after work is complete can be provided if required.
Will you keep a copy of my data?
Yes. An anonymized copy of all data will be kept in our system to help us improve our existing products and services and to develop new ones. We will not sell your data set or your personal data on to third parties.
Where will my samples be run?
Samples are routinely run in our CL2 service laboratory at Fluidic Analytics’ headquarters in Cambridge, UK. We also have a backup facility in Boston, Massachusetts, USA that can be called on when required.
What quality standards does Fluidic Analytics have in place?
Fluidic Analytics has been certified to ISO-9001 and ISO-13845.
Who will work on my samples?
All work will be led by our team of highly qualified staff with decades of experience working with biological samples. The scientists who will be working with you are all leading experts on Fluidic Analytics’ platform and its applications because they have helped to develop them since Day One.
