We believe we’ll get the best out of our team if we treat them well. We value people for who they are and for the contribution they make, and invest in their ongoing development.
Fluidic Analytics was formed in 2013 as a spin-out from the University of Cambridge. Since then we’ve grown to more than 70 people, with collaborators in Europe, North America and around the world.
Fluidic Analytics is based at the Paddocks Business Centre in Cambridge city centre – a short walk from the train station as well as shops, pubs, cafes and the sights of Cambridge.
All our team have access to the technology and resources they need to be effective – we want everyone to be able to do their best work. We’re a sociable bunch, whether it’s enjoying some of Cambridge’s drinking or eating establishments after work, demonstrating how not to punt on the Cam, doing some team building at the Escape Rooms on our away day, or bringing together everyone at our family friendly summer and Christmas parties.

Why work for us?
We are always on the lookout for innovative, creative and visionary people – come join the team.
Fluidic Analytics brings together the best of biophysical and digital technologies to help our customers understand the machinery of life.
