We are now expanding our team, and so are looking for driven, results oriented and customer focused individuals who will play a key role in Fluidic Analytics delivering excellence to our customers, growing our customer base, and contributing to the further success of our business.


The Opportunity:

As our Lead Production Technician at Fluidic Analytics you will be part of a talented and multi-skilled production team who are responsible for processing and preparing consumables, within a clean environment, that are an essential element in our customers use of our technology. You will use your skill and experience in leading our small team to meeting production requirements, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and exceeded within the desired timeframes.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • End to end chip coating across multiple stages and apparatus, following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Inspection to the highest standards, ensuring all chips meet the highest quality standards
  • Assembly and Picking and Packing activities
  • Updating and maintaining relevant information and system records; reporting and recording any deviation of the process in a timely manner

Requirements

You've Got This Covered:

  • Experience within a scientific, high-tech industry or manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience of working in a clean or cleanroom type environment is desirable
  • Demonstrable experience of having worked within a highly regulated or high compliance environment is desirable
  • Previous experience and success of having lead the day to day activities of a small team in achieving production targets
  • Independent, methodical and precise approach to work with strong attention to detail
  • The desire and motivation to produce good work and take a key role in the team achieving its goals

Additional Information:

  • This role will report to Head of Operations and may require working an early shift such as 06:00 - 14:00, and occasional weekends
  • Due to the nature of this position, remote working is not possible
  • Preference will be given to those candidates who already hold RIght to Work in the UK status
