We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive accountant to support the company with its continuous growth plans. We’re building a motivated and scalable central accounts team and as the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for a wide variety of transactional, system improvements and reporting focussed tasks; supporting the Accounts Assistant and assisting the Group Financial Controller. In this interesting role, you can expect your duties to include;
- End to end monthly management reporting including management accounts and project cost reviews
- Sales ledger responsibilities including intercompany invoicing, and internal departmental ordering
- Swiss AP ledger including weekly payment runs for the Swiss subsidiary company
- VAT reporting across the Group, including being the “go to person” re: US sales tax returns
- Reviewing US and Swiss payroll input and output
- Contributing to finance related process improvements
- Assisting the Group Financial Controller with ad-hoc requests as required
You've Got This Covered:
- Part or newly qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA Accountant
- Intermediate/advanced skill in Microsoft Office Excel, with Systems experience (Netsuite prefered)
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
- A logical approach to problem solving and ability to progress and conclude enquiries
- A highly motivated approach and capability to suggest solutions to problems as they arise
